Significant developments continued to occur in the world of cybersecurity, with stories ranging from SOHO router security to Juniper firewalls being released on a daily basis. Imperva Incapsula is intensely dedicated to following such stories since keeping up with the news is crucial for anyone who works in the cybersecurity biz. More often than not they also provide an exciting, interesting and horizon-expanding reading experience. https://www.defensorum.com/
My favorite cybersecurity site was Ars Technica. I have been visiting it several times a day over the past year or so and love their carefully researched, original articles.
For me, nothing beat The Register in 2015. The site is a one-stop shop for information on everything that is interesting, new and cool in the cybersecurity world. They were often the first to report on breaking tech stories and did so with an intelligent tongue-in-cheek style that often (literally) made me laugh out loud.
The Hacker News
I’d have to go with The Hacker News for my 2015 security site of the year. I like it because they provided great coverage on a variety of topics, without a lot of the “white noise” found on other websites.
